NPP decided not contest in two Lok Sabha seats of Arunachal Pradesh

Shillong, 17 Mar: The National People’s Party (NPP) has decided not to contest the two Lok Sabha seats in Arunachal Pradesh. Being part of the NDA alliance, the party has opted to support the NDA candidate in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Arunachal Pradesh.

Conrad Sangma, the Chief Minister of Meghalaya and the NPP National President, announced via X (formerly Twitter) that “The NPP National Committee has decided to support NDA candidates in Arunachal Pradesh and has directed its State Committee to extend support to the NDA candidates.
